Ble’ Bread and Confections
Ble’ follows the principle of healthy living with the simple products which give flavour to our daily lives: bread and confections. Our principles are just as simple: Real flavours – Hand-made bread created only with natural yeast, with no trace of rising or improving agents, and baked in stone ovens. Confections: the same unadulterated and exceptional quality with recipes from France, Italy, Austria and Greece.
Wherever you find Ble' you come face to face with a culture of flavour and quality:
slow baked bread prepared only with natural yeast, and with respect to its specific features – olive oil in ciabatta; authentic rye from Germany with no malt or food colouring to create the colour of rye bread.
confections from all over Europe and Greece, made from ingredients selected specifically for each recipe and not with ready-prepared mixes.
ice cream from the best and most natural ingredients (such as Belgian chocolate, Madagascan vanilla and hand-selected fruit), with no trace of artificial flavours, colours or other additional flavours, made in old-style machines and kept in traditional freezers far from sunlight and dust.

exceptional snacks with delicatessen ingredients and a huge range of flavours, such as focaccia with saffron from Kozani, salmon, asparagus and shrimps, and sandwiches made from hand-made bread with fillings made from recipes by the Ble' chefs.
fairtrade coffee blends made from 100% Arabica, and single estate coffees we import ourselves, roasted in one of the best coffee roasters from Italy.
